Every program figure on this site is checked against the agency that runs it - the Maryland Mortgage Program, county housing departments and Live Baltimore - and each program page shows the source and the date it was last verified. Samson Properties also participates in HUD-owned home bidding, so HUD $100 Down homes can be bid through our office.
